THE happy memories

Here is my entry for Food Trip Friday – fish and fries of Paradise Beach Resort in the Island Garden City of Samal a five minute boat ride from Davao City.

We ordered this for our son who likes fish and fries. However this is just quite expensive (P220) since this is dory fish – a fish we look for in places we eat because we began liking it and it is delicious and soft for our son to eat who looks for fish and chicken when we eat out. What I did not like about this particular dory fish is the taste or is it just how they cook it unlike other dory fish I have tasted in other places we eat though.

I have mentioned previously here about my plan to have my own Project 365 and I have asked for Te JennyL’s idea a few days ago and somehow I wanted to start with it already. But I was blessed with tasks and got busy not to mention I got stuck at Twitter. I have to dedicate some time each day to take a photo a day and edit them so I can post them here.
