THE happy memories

I was going through one of my friends photos of her wedding a few months ago which she just uploaded last week at her site. She title the album “Happy Memories” and indeed weddings are memories of happy moments worth cherishing forever. She was lucky to have one of those destination weddings that I was thinking of but our was not one but it was a happy one for us. My friend had always wanted to have a wedding by the beach and indeed she got what she want.

Happy CT is our lil boy who for the past two days this weekend of the Kadayawan Festival spent some time malling with his Grandpa T and Grandma C. Yesterday we had lunch together with my PILs at the GMall after hubby and I had a photo shoot during the street dancing competition. Then today we were there at SM to see the floats that participated in the floral float parade. My PILs were also there and we let our son go with them while hubby and I went to the nearest church to attend the afternoon mass. Our son was happy and he has a new toy which they bought for him. It seems he had so much fun that he became restless when he slept during our ride home.

This one made me happy! I am not an avid salad eater so when my son and I had food delivered for lunch from Shakey’s last Sunday and we have eaten most of the food before I noticed that I had a caesar salad serving. I ordered the super platter meal which includes it and so as not to waste it, I had to eat it.

It makes me happy even just to be able to take a break and do my online window shopping. Well along the sites I hopped to, I passed by this toilet seat riser which reminds me of the elderly I met who was the patient in the hospital next to the bed of my friend’s dad when I dropped by to visit one time then. The elderly was a friendly guy who despite being sick was still able to give out jokes to his two watchers when we were there. He seems okay with everything there except that he was complaining of the toilet seat in the hospital. He does not want to have a catheter still so he takes a quite long trip to the comfort room inside the room which he insists. The raised toilet seat I saw at AllegroMedical.com would have made him happy and would have made him not complain to the nurse station at the hospital. But he was a jolly old man who does his complaining in a way of a joke.

Forgive me but it seems forever before I could post my entry in this blog and I really need to update this here. I keep wondering what is wrong with the net and their service today is not something that makes me happy. But at least I am a little happy now after I had a second cup of coffee today. Just let me have it for today (though I promised myself I must have just one cup a day) coz the super slow internet connection just drives me nuts. I hope PLDT makes me happy now if they normalized the internet connection.

Hubby let me buy a box of 3-in-1 sweet and creamy coffee mix the last time we were at Robinson’s Supermarket and I am back to drinking coffee but I just limit it to one cup per day. I cannot have too much though I have to say it is really so tempting to have two cups or use the tall glass and use two sachets. That makes it strong and which makes me realize why my coffee this morning was sweeter than yesterday… coz hubby got used to putting sugar and he thought I will chose tea so put sugar and then when I said I will have coffee, he just poured the mix into it then added water. Okay but it was not too sweet and I even drank it bottoms up. Yeah coz it was getting cold by the time I drank it actually. Now our secret is I am having another one in awhile. It makes me happy but I still have to remind myself I cannot have two cups in one day. Just excuse me today! LOL!

Diamond is forever as many people would say and for a long time it will continue to be one treasured cherished material possession that one will ever have in a life time . it come with a sentimental value especially if they have come from generations before  us and passed to to the present.
