Today was a fun and happy Mother and Child Day at the little boy’s school!

“Mug-galing Ka Mommy”… Mug painting one of the activities during the Mother and Child Day at the little boy’s school.
The photo above shows my very simple work of art! On the other side I actually painted a heart in between the words I & CT so that means I love CT!
We were among the last few ones who took part of this activity as they run out of mugs after awhile and it was nearing lunch that time. This was my first choice among the activities actually but it was the second to the last that we went to since we started at the little boy’s classroom where he wanted to go first when we went in. The activity there was Stick Together (Stained Glass Art) that actually uses colored water cellophane.
We enjoyed the activities and I was so happy that we took part of it. Though I felt I was somehow in a kind of rush trying to hop from one activity to another in my want to try all of them out before the morning ends. The little boy enjoyed the Cray-Pas Painting and the Paint My Cheeks /Hand activities. We enjoyed most together the You Are So Sweet Mommy! (Pastillas Making). He must have been hungry by then coz it was almost lunch and the last activity we did today that he started eating the mix of powdered sugar and condensed milk while I was still trying to mix them well together. Honestly I love the taste of the pastillas and I almost consumed all of the ten pieces that we were able to make. I might be making my own one of these days.
We look forward to next year’s family fun day! That will much fun I think since it’ll be a complete family affair this time at their school.
