Happy Wednesday to all! Time flies as it seems the week has just started and now we are in the middle of the week already. I am looking forward to finishing the house chores and my tasks early so we can relax this afternoon and probably go malling before the scheduled brownout late this afternoon till evening starts. By the time we get to the mall, the brownout has just ended there so the change in location. Will have to make this a happy Wednesday, a happy week, a happy month and so on. We just have to be happy in life!

Happy Farming

Happy farming indeed! I started this addiction I think mid last year but is not as addicted to playing these farm games anymore. I just recently went back to part time playing it but not as often anymore unlike before. With new levels to pursue, it is something I’d like to just play for fun now in between my work to add something that makes me happy. I just bought the new modern mansion so that will do for now. I am happy I have reached my goal on this farming game that is. LOL!

Laughter is the Best Medicine

Laughter is the best medicine they say. Last Sunday, I treated hubby to a dose of laughter as we watched a comedy show at the Central Bank. They are local but popular comedians namely Pooh and Pokwang. We laughed and laughed except maybe for the parts that they sang songs where some were like a break for us to catch our breath. I wish there are more shows like this coz even if the tickets were the most expensive for this show but if it is worth your money, then it okay. I just hope next time, they won’t make us wait for an hour and a half before the show starts. But I think the wait was worth it as I had a great sound trip with the nice ,cool music they played that makes me wanna dance while we waited. LOL! I’d want more of that show like the rest of the audience. It was a date for hubby and me, a happy time for us having dinner at Antonio’s then that comedy show. When we got home, the lil boy was happily waiting for us and happy to see us back home again. It was such a happy Sunday!

Precious

Our family and their future is precious to us. And it comes to a point when we decide it is important to make an investment for the future especially for the children and when one thinks about investment, I wonder if you have considered making a precious investment in such precious metal as gold. Yes one can buy gold bullion or gold coins which financial experts say is one if not the safest way to protect the wealth of one’s family since it is a secure investment, it is stable and it does become more valuable over time. It is more stable than our currency and from inflation happening in the economy. You’d be one happy investor especially when the euro gains over the dollar as the value of gold gains too. This is one precious investment for serious investors that will surely benefit them later in life investing in such precious metal as gold.

I was at least happy with the schedule of the rotating brownouts in our area for the past few days or should I say since this started last month. But when I checked FB awhile ago, I saw a friend’s update on the sked from the power company and it is early today. A miracle she said, probably but I was not happy coz they moved it in our area from the usual afternoon sked to a late afternoon/evening sked. But I guess this is a blessing in disguise, we can instead go malling tonight! But I have to finish all my tasks before then.

Mac & Cheese

We discovered LM’s Mac n Cheese recently and we liked it. We usually stock it for our midnight snacks here at home since we are usually up late working and when we do get hungry and we feel like saving which means not ordering something for delivery, we grab two packs and that would be good already for the three of us. The lil boy likes it but we just give him a little coz this is not that good for him but it does make him so happy when he sees it being cooked. He knows we’re cooking it and when it is done he would say “wow! let’s eat!”

Yes that makes us so happy to hear him say that. He is one happy boy and a blessing for hubby and me and my family since he brings us so much joy and be thankful for to the Lord.

Good Option

While I was happily sipping my hot choco fudge flavored coffee to wake up my sleepy head this morning, I suddenly remembered a talk I had with my sis before on a topic about savings and investing. She mentioned one good option is to save and put my money in a time deposit. Another good option is to invest and buy gold bullion if my resources would allow me to. I wish I would really be able to do just that but for those who can, it is a really good option since it becomes valuable over time and it’s a lot more stable compared to other options for investment. But there are still pros and cons as with any investment. It’s a matter sometimes of knowing where to invest that in the end we’ll all be happy investors.

I am happy today! Had pancakes for breakfast which I have been wanting to eat. Then had my old fave curry shrimp for dinner. Then hubby bought for me three white plates for now. I have been wanting to buy pure white plates for our daily use. I just chose the inexpensive ones for now. Am still looking for the Corelle set that I want. I found them actually but it was expensive in the department stire we went to. I could save if I wait for awhile from the set from a friend of mine who can buy it at a cheaper price even with freight included. That’s all for now from my happy thoughts today!

Love Month

It is the love month! The first day of February and I am so looking forward to Valentine’s Day. Nothing so special planned as I just want to spend this special occasion with my two boys. We may just have dinner together or go malling before that. What is important is that we are together not only on that day but everyday. We can celebrate love the whole month and all the rest of the days this year. As I have read we should celebrate love 364 days and plus this special day on the 14th of February.

More Gifts

I got another gift from my dear sister and I got a nice small silver watch with a pink face and I love it! I’m so happy even if I already got a gold watch for Christmas! There is a pair of earrings but it was for my mom and I so I just hope I will be able to get one on my own next time and the one I like looks somewhat like this pair of faux sapphire earrings which I saw the other day. If you want to look classy and elegant but don’t have much of a budget then this one is for you. This would match one of my blouses. So I gotta save a littl more this time to get this. For now am happy with the gifts I got from my sis. Thank you sis!
