THE happy memories

I am happy today! Had pancakes for breakfast which I have been wanting to eat. Then had my old fave curry shrimp for dinner. Then hubby bought for me three white plates for now. I have been wanting to buy pure white plates for our daily use. I just chose the inexpensive ones for now. Am still looking for the Corelle set that I want. I found them actually but it was expensive in the department stire we went to. I could save if I wait for awhile from the set from a friend of mine who can buy it at a cheaper price even with freight included. That’s all for now from my happy thoughts today!

It is the love month! The first day of February and I am so looking forward to Valentine’s Day. Nothing so special planned as I just want to spend this special occasion with my two boys. We may just have dinner together or go malling before that. What is important is that we are together not only on that day but everyday. We can celebrate love the whole month and all the rest of the days this year. As I have read we should celebrate love 364 days and plus this special day on the 14th of February.

I got another gift from my dear sister and I got a nice small silver watch with a pink face and I love it! I’m so happy even if I already got a gold watch for Christmas! There is a pair of earrings but it was for my mom and I so I just hope I will be able to get one on my own next time and the one I like looks somewhat like this pair of faux sapphire earrings which I saw the other day. If you want to look classy and elegant but don’t have much of a budget then this one is for you. This would match one of my blouses. So I gotta save a littl more this time to get this. For now am happy with the gifts I got from my sis. Thank you sis!

It’s pizza night here with the boys. I was actually craving for roasted pig’s crispy skin but we ended up ordering Yellow Cab’s New York’s Finest 14″ pizza plus Coke 1.5L for delivery. It’s quite late at night. We would have wanted to have a simple dinner out with the boys but the rain kept pouring for a few days now.

The birthday boy continued to open the other gifts we have not shown to him yet and he was so so happy to see there were more birthday gifts for him to open. When he woke up from his nap earlier, hubby and I decided to give him the other gifts and he was happy to get the colorful magnetic alphabets and numbers which he happily placed at one side of our ref. He enjoyed doing that and he was jumping up and down. Next I will teach him hwat each alphabet and number is so he’ll get familiar with it.  His happy birthday goes on… there are still two gifts left to open including the biggest gift from hubby for the lil boy. I’ll try to post pics when given more time for now the lil boy is tugging at me to play with his new toys.

Dream come true it will be for these two old friends way back in grade school to have a wedding by the beach. It has always been their dream wedding since they both love the beach and almost always their fave place to go when they are game for an escape from the busy life in the city. And speaking of dream wedding, I think they would like to see these destination weddings and wedding packages offered by these hotel-resorts with beautiful beachfront resorts with white-sand beaches offering a wonderful venue for an intimate wedding with family and close friends to witness these happy and memorable moments. There are resorts that even offer services of a wedding planner who will take care of all the details to ensure a worry free and memorable event which hopefully will make my friends’ dream come true.

The Back at the Barnyard song really makes me and the lil boy wanna stand up dance. It is a fun song to dance to with the lil boy who loves to dance when he hears a nice and often upbeat music. He somehow likes this cartoon too though I make sure we censor those where the naughty boy named Eugene who’s character is obnoxious and bratty. Never a good example for kids. But then still we love their song let alone we can dance whole day long to it. LOL!
