THE happy memories

Our little boy has learned to download games in the Galaxy Tab on his own. I saw that he was really happy being able to play games especially yesterday when he was not feeling well actually. We have learned to check on what he is playing every now and then to make sure he isn’t playing any game that is violent or not for his age. He called out to me often yesterday, “Ma let’s play!” I think he called me thrice and that meant each time that he has found a new game to play and he wants to explore and play it with me. We called out to dad to play with us but he said he wanted to read more about the benefits of testosterone supplements which are said to include increasing your energy, boosting your libido, building muscle mass, and restoring your overall well-being. It made me wonder a little bit why he is reading about it yet I let him do so while the little boy and I were playing a new game at the Galaxy Tab.

Well I would give in to the little boy’s invitation though I am quite busy at work just to give him that sense of being important when it comes to time that we can give him when it comes to any bonding activity be it playing games or doing other more meaningful stuff here at home. So when he says let’s play, we would make it a point to join him because that would be the good time to check what he has been downloading.

Finally got to try Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s Pure Dark Chocolate Ice Blended last night after wanting to try it for quite sometime.

Actually a bunch of young teens at SB ordered something like this a few days ago. They all have the same order and it made me wonder if it was really worth a try. Well this one from CBTL was good and I enjoyed it! That makes me wonder now if the SB counterpart of this is sweeter. Well less sweet and less calories is better for me. This you got to try especially when you are trying to find something to drink on a hot summer day to cool you down.

My mom and I along with one of my sisters had been invited to a dinner party by one of mom’s old friends who she has not seen for the past decade. They used to be our neighbors and had migrated to the United States. They are here for a vacation and family reunion. I was asking my sister if we will be bringing one of those unique hostess gifts to be gracious guests and as our thank to the host for their hospitality. She said she will take care of that. She has better taste after all and is more knowledgeable when it comes to choosing a gift.

I wish I can bring along my boys to the dinner party but hubby declined to go and we decided that if I would go they would just stay at home with the little boy. I am not yet really sure if I can come because there is also an event coming up during the day of the dinner party but still subject to confirmation. I hope the event will be moved to another date to clear that day and I can make it still to that dinner party.
